About Emily

Nurturing young minds is my passion! For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to providing attentive and engaging childcare. I have babysitting and nanny experience. I volunteered in a preschool for 2 years while in high school, worked at IXL Learning Center as a toddler Lead teacher for close to 3 years and also worked at LESA preschool for nearly a year. I would love the opportunity to work more one on one with children! My approach is rooted in patience, creativity, and a friendly demeanor, creating a positive and supportive environment for children to thrive. I'm trained in child and adult First Aid and CPR, and I have a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification with coursework in Early Child Development. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and regular texts or calls. Knowing I can make a small difference in a child's life brings me immense joy, and I look forward to the possibility of caring for your little one!
