About Emily

I am a new mom to a 6-month-old and I am hoping to step back from my full time job as a cook to be more involved in my sons life. I am looking to nanny one child around the same age, potentially another only child along with my son to help him build social bonds with someone his age. We love to go on adventures to the park, aquarium, and other seasonal fun. I love helping him explore new textures and sounds with simple sensory games and lots of reading and face to face interaction and play. I have a degree in the applied science of culinary arts and will be able to meal prep as much necessary as well as provide a safe and immersive mealtime experience. I practice a clean as you go mentally and have no problem with light household chores (child's laundry, wipe up and organize counters, clean up play areas, clean up kitchen/dishes). I am great with all pets(except dogs who are not child friendly)and will be able to assist with walks, feeding, and light play.
