I set up an interview with Emily and she was a no show due to not putting it on her calendar. I gave her another chance and interviewed and set up baby sitting dates with her. She confirmed these dates and times 3 days prior to scheduled date and then was a no call no show on the morning she was supposed to babysit. Highly unreliable.
