About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily and I am currently a graduate social work student at UNC Chapel Hill during the summer and upcoming school year. I have 7+ year experience working with children from ages 0-14 from one time babysitting gigs to years long nanny relationships with families! I love to get children outside and involved with arts and crafts, games, playtime, reading, and any other hands-on activities! I am very comfortable around pools and swimming with children, providing transportation and pick-up and drop-off. I am CPR certified, and have experience as a preschool teacher substitute for 2 years and am very comfortable in assisting with school and reading lessons among this age group am beyond. I have lots of availability until July but would love to continue to help a family on occasional weeknights and weekends throughout the upcoming school year as well! I would love to help you and your family out!
