About Emily

I'm a current Mental Health Counseling graduate student looking for part-time care work. I'm currently located in Alfred, NY and I get along with children, both young and old alike. I enjoy being creative so you may find me making up fun games for younger children or doing fun DIY crafts with the older ones. I especially have experience bonding with older siblings and tweens as I have two brothers, one younger and in the house and one older who has his own place. I also have experience with tweens from being a resident advisor at my college, both in school and also during a pre-college jumpstart experience. This past summer, I worked with Alfred University for their summer camps for high schoolers. I'm reliable, prompt and responsible with all tasks I'm asked to do and I'm excited to get to know and look after your children! I'm also trans (they/them, he/him, anything but she/her) so I'm looking for a family that is okay with that fact.
