About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily. I'm a certified Health and Wellness Practitioner (health coach and yoga teacher). I'm also currently training to become a Yoga Therapist and a Personal Trainer. I'm looking to help care for a family/their children as I continue to further my education. I teach yoga a couple of days a week but I have a lot of flexibility. I have 10 plus years of experience as a nanny (age range from 6mo-12 years). I believe children are special, and I enjoy watching them learn and grow. For me, being an integral part of their journey is rewarding. I have also as spent some years caring for older adults (ranging from Alzheimer's to immobility struggles). I am an empathetic, fun loving, caring and compassionate individual. I enjoy cooking, reading, being active, and spending time outdoors!
