About Emily

My experience as a tutor has taken place while working as a caregiver and a substitute teacher. While working as a caregiver I have assisted children with their homework, school projects and by studying for upcoming exams. In Germany, I have tutored the children in English by instructing them in German, which I am currently at the B2 level with. Working as a substitute teacher for a school district, primarily in the special education department, I tutored the students in their studies for History, Social Studies, Mathematics, English (reading and writing), and Science courses. I also taught them study and time-management skills.
