About Emily

Hi my name is Emily and I'm an experienced nanny in the Des Moines area with several years of experience. I'm looking for a long term part time position, but would be open to full time in the summers. I have experience with infants through middle school age and can provide my resume upon request. In previous roles I have supported children with online learning, planning engaging activities, and helping with daily routines and schedules. I also have experience working with children in foster care. I am currently at Grand View University studying social work, and working with children and families is something I truly care about and love to do. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where kids can play, learn, and feel safe and confident. I enjoy being creative and planning arts and crafts, spending time outdoors, and helping make families lives easier.
