I hope that my age does not allow you to underestimate me, I come from a culture where the basis of upbringing is to teach you how to be a mother and how to react to any situation, although I never valued that knowledge. Immigrating to this country showed me that I could use it as a profession and it is what I've been doing for the last two years. My goals will always be meet your demands but you must understand that you hire me to meet and fill some needs of the child and provide a safe environment for them and they development which will always be my focus which brings me to a very important point: communication between parents and I should always be open to expressing your opinions and open to listening to my recommendations or ideas. If you are not open to listening or considering what I have to say regarding what your child needs, it means that you do not trust my abilities, which rules me out as the ideal nanny for you.
