Hello! I'm an early childhood educator and nanny of over a decade. I encourage play centric environments with an emphasis on whimsy and wonder. My favorites include sensory play, crafting, experiments, cooking, or nature play activities. I am comfortable aiding in potty training, consent awareness, developmental milestones, baby lead weaning, food sensitivities, and speech progression. 

I believe in creative curiosity as the foundation of interaction. I have ample experience from infancy to teens, with up to date CPR and first aid certifications. I also have worked in special needs communities. My work is focused in attachment style theory, positive reinforcement, and play based interaction. Other interests include milestone development from birth, mobility coaching, and Montessori/Waldorf school programming with school aged kiddos. I enjoy herbalism, nature based play, climbing, and the great outdoors.

Emilianna has been great. Both my sons have adhd. She has been able to find craft activities or outings that keep their attention. She’s never on her phone and seems genuinely invested in our children. Our oldest spends most of his time talking about trains and the other bats. She writes down facts about each, then shares with them upon arrival to catch their attention. Interesting tactic and I appreciate her effort. 

Emilianna is a very heartfelt caregiver. She gives excellent feedback when asked and easily accommodates us when schedules change. We just finished a week long trip to Beaver Creek together. She really helped ease the commuting tension for our four year old and prioritized down time with hands on activities. Her experience with sensory overload was INVALUABLE to us this past trip. Emilianna has been our date night sitter for about six months now. Our four year old T. usually has the hardest time with new people, but really connected with her quickly. She shows genuine interest in what he has to say, his passion towards baseball, and remembers important dates like his birthday or school party days. We recommend her to all of our friends with kids. We hope she stays available- so we can use her for our upcoming summer trip to New England, as a travel nanny.

I'm a single dad and Emily has been very helpful. She is always on time and overall a joyful person. I can tell both my daughters not only enjoy her company, but trust her deeply. I'm very grateful our family friend referred her to us. She's helped me with everything from ordering groceries, planning our youngest birthday party recently, and even making up a toothbrush song that pumps them up about brushing their teeth. Emilianna is my go to nanny for over a year now. I’ve probably given her number out to half a dozen of my friends at this point. She obviously loves her career and enjoys spending time with the kids. Her compassion, humor and craft skills are a highlight for our entire household. Our son has a wall in the kitchen devoted to his fall art with her currently. :) 

Emilianna is a gem. Every visit she comes with new inspired ideas for activities. Our twins get bored easily, but never with her! They made fizzing paint drawings and cardboard pumpkins this week. She doesn't forget about including our youngest either. She makes taste safe sensory play for our infant, including making gelatin or ice molds full of toys. We are grateful our previous sitter referred us to her. We hope to use her for many years to come. We already booked her to join us on our family vacation to the mountains this fall. We can't wait to hit the slopes freely and know our kids are in great hands.

Emilianna has been incredible and very reliable. She respects our time, shows up early to appointments and is flexible when my needs change. My oldest is obsessed with her craft ideas and is excited to show me what they make at the end of the day. She leaves the house tidier than she found it and notices the small things which is helpful. It feels good to leave my daughters with such a trustworthy person.

Emilianna is a pleasure to work with. My toddler waits at the front door for her every evening when he knows she's coming. She always brings a special bag of arts and crafts for him. His favorite are the experiments they conduct as "scientists". She brought dinosaur eggs made out of cocoa, chia seeds and corn starch this week. They melted them to hatch the eggs together. We highly recommend this imaginative sitter.

My husband met Emilianna through a mutual friend while on a business trip. She was their travel nanny and was attending the same conference as us for the week. We exchanged numbers with her and began using her regularly for after school nannying our three kids. She has an excellent attention to detail and her expertise in differently abled communities has been a godsend. Our middle child was recently diagnosed with ASD at the time, and she really helped us through a rough patch with grace. 

We worked with her off and on (our schedules vary a lot with a traveling job for my husband) since 2021. I would highly suggest contacting her, if you are looking for someone who believes in showing up for others. We continue to be impressed with her creativity around activity and event planning. She always calls venues before plans to make sure they are actually accessible for ASD or sensory sensitive individuals. She even got my middle kid in inclusive cooking classes!

Emily is the kind of caregiver who goes above and beyond. She openly communicates any questions or concerns. I have been using her as a date night babysitter since 2022. We had an infant and toddler at the time. She was able to easily step right in and handle both kids. 

She always shows up with a "nanny bag" which my kids love. My children continue to be impressed by her activities. (They made homemade lava lamps last week which was so cool!!) She helps tidy the house too which is never a bad thing.

Emily was a lifesaver for us during 2023. We are an executive home who needed full time household management while my husband recovered from a medical procedure. She was prompt, conscientious, and kept a humorous attitude towards situations. She managed our vendors, kids activities, doctor appointments, animal care, vacation planning, and general day to day errands. We still use her for house and pet  sitting. Additionally, she traveled with us multiple times during ski season. We remain loyal to booking her when she's available.

I've worked with Emilianna for two years now. We've used her for full and part time help within our time together. She remains to be one of the bubbliest, mindful, and helpful Nannie's we've ever used. We started with an infant who had chronic sleep issues, mobility issues from a traction based birth, and a variety of food allergies while we introduced solids.

She never became discouraged during our trials, and instead continued to spark a sense of curiosity around situations instead. We continue to use her expertise. Thank you for all you've done! My wife had emergency hip surgery last fall. Emily provided meals, light organization, and help with our two adopted grandchildren, as a temp household manager. We found her through a nanny group online. We have continued to use her sporadically for care when she's available. Her attention to detail, charismatic nature, and strong sense of humor have been valuable in our household.

Her experience with foster care and adoptive groups are equally appreciated. Our grandkids had a hard time after losing their parents a few years ago. They are 8 and 10 which tend to be tricky ages anyway. It was wonderful to see them build trust with another caregiver quickly and so easily. Thanks Emily! We have two toddlers with ASD. Emilianna is always prompt for appointments. She's helped our 4 year old with confidence around language development throughout our time together. We found her through an online group two years ago, and have used her sporadically for date nights since. We would definitely book her full time, if she was available!

Emilianna (Emily) worked for us part time as a fill in overnight nanny when our baby was born. Her expertise in sleep training, infant mobility, and meal prep for mom were AMAZING. My husband and I work in healthcare. The long hours really stack up with a newborn. We continue to be grateful for her help, sense of humor, and intellect during that time. We wish she was available full time!
