About Emiah

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, kind, and caring. I like working with kids because they keep me young! Kids are extremely intelligent, more than adults give them credit for. I love their creativity and playfulness. I also just love taking care of others. I'm looking for a job that fits my schedule and something I enjoy doing. I started working with kids when I was 16, I nannied two girls over summers aged 8 & 9 until I graduated. I now babysit weekly three kids aged 2, 4, and 6. Over those summers I completed early childhood development & first aid courses. I am also CPR certified. In my spare time, I like to walk my dog, read, paint, swim, try new restaurants, make jewelry, thrift shop, and sleep! One thing you should know about me is your child is in amazing hands with me. My communication with the kids and with their parents is excellent! My skills include patience, communication/listening, and I'm very good at planning fun activities, games, "field trips", etc.
