About Emanuelle

I'm a senior Speech-Language Pathology student studying here at UT and have over a year's experience working in childcare. I first began working with children in a Sunday school setting, helping them enjoy some time away while the rest of their family enjoyed sermon. I was promoted to the Floater position then to Teaching Assistant at the First United Methodist Preschool, where I've worked at for the past year! I gained experience assisting in classrooms of all ages, from infants to 5-year-olds, with as many as 16 students in each classroom. I now have my own classroom, where I work as a Teaching Assistant for 2-3 y/o's. For the last 6 months, I've also been working at the UT Child Development Center as a Preschool Student Assistant engaging in similar duties with larger teacher-to-child ratios. I'm passionate about becoming a future pediatric SLP and nurturing children's emotional and intellectual growth through positive guidance! Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon!!
