About Elyssa

Hello! My name is Elyssa and I'm so excited to provide my services for your family. I have over 10 years of childcare experience and have cared for lots of different children from ages 0-8 in daycare and home settings. I have been the lead teacher for ones, twos, threes and summer camp school age children. I have also worked in an infant room where the ratio was four infants to one teacher. I am known for creating hands on sensory activities to help children master new skills and I also love doing cooking projects with kids! While working at a licensed center I have learned a lot about required state regulations and I always keep these in mind no matter where I am working. I attended Prairie State College and earned an Associate's degree in early childhood education. In my free time I love spending time with my own two boys (ages 14 and 6) and playing soccer!
