Hired her for a few hours yesterday and she would not be returning. After a few hours, she still did not call the child by their correct name. She also was 25 mintues late returning the child, she responded but did not communicating accurately. All of this is not acceptable. The visit itself was fine and driving the child. However the lack of communication and not returning the child is unacceptable. This is why she was fired and would not be returning.
