Elyse was with us to care for our 5 month old son before our full time nanny started (we had someone starting, she was moving, so timing worked well). She was attentive to our son, and picked up his routine quickly. Her previous experience working in larger group settings was clearly valuable since she was able to entertain him with different activities.
