Elvira is incredibly loving, considerate and attentive with anyone she is caring for. She will go above and beyond to make sure the person she is helping as well as the family is well taken care of. She is an independent worker that will take instruction well, but does not need to be told what to do. Elvira is timely, dependable and a foreword thinking worker who spreads love everywhere she goes. She helped to take care of my mother who had dementia and brought light to her life when there was very little. I have also seen her work with young children and she is fabulous. She is a great hire.
