About Elva

I'd describe my personality as silly, creative, and enthusiastic. I like working with kids because I think child development is important to understand in order to help children grow and learn in a way that helps them. I'm looking for a job that helps me with my growth, a place where we can openly communicate, and overall find families that have faith and trust in me after getting to know me. I started working with kids when I was about 15 years old. However regarding work with compensation it has been since August of 2021. In my spare time, I like to dedicate time into my fitness with all sorts of sports. I also find myself most of the days journaling/writing, but there's nothing more that I love than reading. One thing you should know about me is that I am a very hardworking person who doesn't give up easily and will always do her best to be of the best support you have. My skills include positive behavior guidance, active listening and age appropriate communication.
