Elsida had an interview with me on Thursday and I really liked her. On Friday, I emailed her to let her know that I would like to hire her. She accepted the offer or so I thought. I told her to contact me the next day to go over the paper work. Elisida never contacted me the next day. I called her on Sunday and left a message asking her to reach out to me. I haven't heard from her and I don't understand why she accepted the offer if she really didn't want it.
