About Elsa

Hello, my name is Elsa (she/her)! I am looking for full/part employment this winter-spring-summer. Need afterschool care? Need full time care? Let's talk! Need a summer nanny to take the kiddos to the park or maybe cooking inside when it's too smoky out? I can do that too! I have a strong background working with teenagers on the autism spectrum. I have been a summer camp counselor and lifeguard (2017-19), a volunteer and intern with Nearby Nature (22), and a backpacking guide at a summer camp (23). Wilderness First Aid and CPR/AED certified. I have strong understanding of food allergies as I have them myself. I have taken trainings on non-violent communication . I would describe myself as patient, empathetic, and thoughtful! In my free time I love to read, sing and bake, bike and hike. My favorite activities to do with kids are reading, dancing/singing, and cooking. I love sharing my love of nature with the kids I work with!
