We love Eloise! She babysat my elementary age daughters (twins) and my son quite a bit for several years, often on weekends and at night. They always requested her! She is not only caring, very responsible, and trustworthy, but she is FUN and friendly. She played games with my kids, acted in their iMovies, jumped on the trampoline, drew them pictures, etc. She really interacted with them and gave them a lot of attention and love, so they loved being with her. She is intelligent, diligent, and always arrives on time. She’s communicative as needed and was great about respecting the kids’ bedtimes and getting them to sleep on time. She was also skilled at negotiating and settling the occasional sibling fight. We miss being in the same city as her! Although we didn’t have the chance to do so because of schedules, she is one of the few sitters I would trust to do an overnight with my kids. She would make an excellent nanny.
