I am a mother of three wonderful children; two daughters (age 33 and 26) and one son (age 20), therefore I have experience in raising and taking care of children of all ages. I have been a nanny for people I know for quite some time until I decided to make a professional career out of it. I have a license in child care that I received where I am just a couple units away from receiving an A. S. Degree in Child Development. I love working with children and am very patient yet abide by rules parents set for their children.

We were so fortunate to have El care for our baby from the time he was a newborn until 13 months old. She was truly dependable — never once late — and provided consistent, loving care that helped our little one thrive.

From the very beginning, she built a strong bond with our son. It was clear he adored her — always smiling, laughing, and engaged during their time together. She played games with him, helped nurture his development, and always made sure he was happy and stimulated.

We especially appreciated her thoughtfulness and initiative. For example, when our baby had  digestion issues, she came up with the idea to make homemade prune purée, which helped a lot. She also kept his play and care areas tidy and organized — something we really valued in our home.

She thrives best with clear, detailed communication. For example, once we set specific expectations around things like bath days and outdoor time, she followed through consistently and respectfully.

Overall, El provided a safe, warm, and joyful environment for our baby’s first year, and we’re grateful for the care she gave during such an important time in his (and our) life.

Elnour is just wonderful!  She started with us when I needed an extra hand when my second baby was 3 months old. Now she effortlessly keeps our almost 3 yr old and 9 month old entertained, fed and down for naps.  She is punctual, and very easy to work with.  My toddler is always asking when she will be visiting next.  

Elnour is great with our 18 month old, she has been working with us for the last 6 months. We trust Elnour completely. Elnour is patient, kind, and fun. She is also very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Elnour has been great caring for my two kids (7 year old son and 9 year old daughter).  She comes early in the morning to get the kids ready and take them to school, and she also takes care of them after school for several hours each weekday.  She is always on time, communicates well, and does a great job caring for the kids, including driving them to appointments, helping them with homework, making meals, etc.  I'd highly recommend her.

Elnour is a very loving, very reliable caregiver. Our two kids love her dearly. She took care of mainly my 7 year old son for after school hour for over a year. She was never late to pick up, she even reminds me about school activity schedules. I've come to rely her greatly. We're very happy with her work.
