I am a college graduate and currently attending the University for Health Science to attain my Doctor of Physical Therapy. I was also on the track and field team in college competing in the heptathlon. I also love reading books and listening to music in my free time. I have been babysitting and working with kids since around 8th grade and absolutely love it. I have also been working as a certified nursing assistant for the last 5 years both in a nursing home setting (4 years) and at a hospital (2 years). I absolutely love animals, in particular dogs and cats so I always find that as an added bonus when families have them:) This past year, before moving to Austin, I was living and working with two incredible girls one who was high on the autism spectrum and the other who had cerebral palsy. I worked closely with their therapists when bringing them to their sessions and at home on certain exercises and other needs.

Ellie is great with children. She has known my 9 year old twin girls since they were born and my girls love her like a sister. She is very patient and considerate of others. My girls would hang out with her 24/7 if they could. Even though she is 5 years older she is very tolerant of them bothering her all the time. Ellie has watched them many times and she is very interactive with them -playing games, dolls and barbies. Whatever it takes to entertain them. I have had friends comment about how good she is with kids too. We are lucky to have her care for our children. I would highly recommend Ellie to anyone!
