About Ellie

I'd describe my personality as fun-loving, empathetic, and outgoing. I grew up with many animals and loved them, I am caring and gentle. Animals respond well to me. I have learned much about how to train dogs as a home trainer with the Guide Dog Foundation, raising a dog for 1. 5 to go into full-time service. I love cats, too. We have one of each at our home! I'm looking for a job that allows me to walk and care for animals on a regular basis. I'm fine stopping in to feed a dog or take care of basic needs. I started working with animals when I was a very young child. In my spare time, I like to kayak, swim, and paddle board, when I'm not sailing! One thing you should know about me is I was a teacher for 15 years and I love children! I'm currently a parent counselor/trainer. My skills include empathy, responsibility, and quick thinking.
