Hi, I'm Ellen! I have a background in education and have worked in the field for more than 10 years, getting experience with all ages! I am a mature, experienced, and reliable caregiver who values communication, safety and fun! I seek to provide a nurturing environment for the children I'm working with while also providing space for individual play, growth and learning. I am creative and friendly, and I enjoy music and baking in my spare time! I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates and regular texts or calls. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and am receptive to feedback and direction when caring for children. I am seeking a position that allows me to bring my son (born June '26) with me and I have experience and references for watching multiples.
