About Ellen

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is my passion. My seven years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, has been incredibly rewarding. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology and certifications as an EMT, Wilderness First Responder, and CPR Training. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I have worked the past two summers at an all girls' summer camp in North Carolina. I'm patient, creative, and fun. I enjoy being outdoors, playing board games, and educational games. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through verbal updates and text messages, always respecting your preferred method. I'm happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I'm excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to your family, and I look forward to creating a fun and safe environment for your children to thrive.
