Ellen is thoughtful, kind and firm. This summer she watched my 5 kids and always had the house put together and picked up when I got home. She cleaned up after herself and the kids, had them play outside and took them to the park. I liked that she would update me on how the day went and where I could help my kids learn how to behave when mom/dad are not home. I would and have recommended her to others!!!
