About Ellen

I am a (young) senior looking for part-time, meaningful work. I am a certified yoga teacher and currently teach a slow, subtle chair yoga class in the community where I live. I have been a companion to a close friend with Alzheimer's who has since moved to a memory care facility. In addition, I have assisted a neighbor with Parkinson's. I use to drive him to his boxing program and sometimes lunch afterwards. I would occasionally take him to appointments when his spouse was not available. Sometimes we would do a little yoga and often we would just sit and chat. I am capable, caring and reliable.
