About Ellen

Hi there prospective family! My name is Ellen and I'm happy to help your family with their child care needs! I am an educator with 15 years of experience as a teacher and administrator. I enjoy working with children of all ages & have experience with caring for infants all the way through age 18! I am currently on summer break and will be starting an administrative position next school year! I am available for care June 8-July 17 in the mornings Monday-Thursday and for weekend care! I live in Chicago, have my own car, and am familiar with getting around the city! In addition to my classroom experience, I've nannied for triplets from the time they were 2 until they turned 4, which gave me a strong foundation in managing routines, keeping multiple children engaged, and staying organized in a busy environment. I also personally have three nieces and a nephew so I'm very comfortable caring for several children at once. Looking forward to hearing from you!
