I cannot say enough good things about Ellen! She is an absolute godsend. She has been taking incredible care of our children since they were newborns. She creates warm and trusting relationships quickly with both kids and adults, and she is very intuitive about what babies/kids need and how to keep them entertained and happy. She is extremely reliable and trustworthy. And she helps out around the house so much — she gets more done in a day while watching my baby than I can get done in a week!
