We were incredibly fortunate to have Ellen care for our family. She has been a loving, dependable, and professional caregiver who treated our children with genuine kindness and patience. She built a wonderful bond with our baby and was always attentive, engaged, and focused on creating a safe and nurturing environment. In addition to providing excellent childcare, she was proactive in helping keep our home running smoothly. She prepared meals, kept the children’s areas tidy, folded laundry, and often took initiative without needing to be asked. Her organization and reliability made a significant difference in our day-to-day lives. She was consistently punctual, communicated well, and was flexible when our family’s needs changed. We always felt comfortable knowing our children were in capable and caring hands. Our decision to transition away from having a nanny was based solely on our family’s schedule.
