Elle was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. She watched our son full time when I started going back to work when he turned 4 months old. She made the transition so seamless, and helped us get him on a routine of bottles, naps, etc. She was very reliable, and always went the extra mile, even keeping a daily notebook where she wrote down his daily activities along with feeding, diapers, things we needed to order refills on, etc. We miss her terribly since she moved away, but she even stayed extra time with us to train our new nanny before leaving. I can’t say enough great things about Elle, and the next family will be so lucky to have her.
