About Ella

Hi! I'm Ella, a college student at Moorpark College studying Communications. I have hands-on experience working with children through the YMCA as a Child Counselor and Coordinator, where I cared for kids ages 4-7, led daily activities, and supported positive behavior. I've also volunteered for several years tutoring children in reading and literacy after school. I'm patient, dependable, and safety-focused, and I love creating a fun, supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and confident. I value clear communication with families and bring creativity, organization, and kindness to every role.
