About Ella

For $18 an hour, she was willing to watch our son and clean up a little bit which I thought was a fair price and sounded great until her hours were constantly changing. Anytime we asked her to come in “too early” she would question it. She also did not do a good job with the dishes, we found things with grease still on them and even found moldy things!! Always had a reason to leave early because of “other plans” even though she knew the hours we were asking for. We were NOT asking for a lot, and didn’t even expect her to clean for us. We just wanted someone we trusted to watch our son while we were at work and follow his schedule which she constantly did not follow. I always had things written out for her and she did not follow them. When he had a scheduled nap time, she always put him down at least an hour earlier. Same with his eating schedule, it was never on time! She then just recently quit on us the day she was suppose to come watch our son just a couple hours beforehand. We had to scramble to find a family member to take him for us, which we luckily had. She also just communicated to my husband and barely had me in any of the conversations/decisions. Just very disappointed how this turned out.
