About Ella

I'm a dedicated childcare provider with 8 years of experience caring for children of all ages. When I was 14, I worked at a preschool in my hometown. I started as an Assistant, but worked my way up to Lead Teacher when I turned 18. Every summer I return as a Lead Teacher and teach kids ages 2-6. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, along with my patient and friendly demeanor, makes me an ideal caregiver. I strive to make a positive impact on children's lives by providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any issues that arise. From outdoor sports to educational games, I enjoy a variety of games that promote physical activity and learning. With some college under my belt, I'm always seeking opportunities to enhance my skills and knowledge in childcare. I'm able to care for up to four children and have experience with children aged 1-11+.
