About Ella

I'd describe my personality as engaging, energetic, loving I like working with kids because of the joy they bring me. I'm looking for a job that is rewarding to not only me, but the families I work for as well. I started working with kids when I was 13. I have worked with kids in lots of settings including church. camp counseling, volunteer work (mission trips, kids with special needs, etc.) In my spare time, I like to read, be outside. I also really enjoy crafting!! One thing you should know about me is that I promise to bring exceptional and energetic care to kids of all ages. My number one goal is safety. My skills include cleaning, activity planning, loving but effective communication/ discipline.
