About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I have about four years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, including as a nanny, babysitter, swim instructor, and substitute teacher. I've worked with children of different ages and personalities and truly love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for them. As a nanny and babysitter, I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, getting outside, helping with routines, preparing meals, and making sure children feel comfortable and cared for. As a swim instructor, I worked with children ages 3-12 and helped them build confidence and important water-safety skills. My experience as a substitute teacher has also given me experience managing classrooms, supporting learning, and working with children in different age groups.
