About Ella

Hello! My name is Ella, and I am a senior pre-medicine student. I'd describe my personality as dedicated, optimistic, and easygoing. I like working with kids because of the potential to make a positive impact on their lives. Also, kids are hilarious, and child development is fascinating to me! I'm looking for as-needed jobs. As a college student with a fluctuating schedule, I'm happy to help in the event of date nights, appointments, or when your regular sitter cannot make it. I started formally sitting and tutoring 6 years ago. I also have 4 younger siblings ages 3-19 who I've watched informally over the years. In my spare time, I like to read, lift weights, go on walks, do yoga, and cook. One thing you should know about me is that always make an effort to be present with the kids I babysit, and I aim to do some cleaning when possible. My skills include developmentally-appropriate childcare, behavior management, and communication.
