About Ella

Hi families! I'm Ella - a diligent, warm, and thoughtful sitter who genuinely loves working with kids. My degree in developmental psychology and understanding how children's minds grow is a big part of why I choose to work in childcare. Kids bring so much energy, honesty, and perspective, and I love supporting them through all stages of their development. I started caring for children when my youngest brother was born (we're 8 years apart), which grew into babysitting in my neighborhood, several seasons of camp counseling, and coaching gymnastics. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I've worked with ages 3-12 and love creating a safe, encouraging environment where kids feel understood and cared for. I'm looking for a job where I can build a real connection with your child and be genuinely helpful to your family. I love organizing, cooking, cleaning, and helping with routines. I'm also patient, empathetic, and skilled in emotional regulation.
