About Ella

Hi, my name is Ella! I come from a strong background in childcare, as my mother has worked with children her entire career from working in a Montessori school setting and as a nanny. The love she showed for this work has led me to explore the wonders of children as well. In just a short time I have been able to work as a nanny and work in a school setting. During my time as a nanny I have worked with the ages 6 months old to 3 years old. While in the school setting I worked with the ages from birth through 6 years old and was the lead teacher in a classroom for a period of time. Working with children has strengthened my patience and ability to understand the simple things.
