About Ella

I am currently a Penn State Junior with babysitting experience. Back home for the past 6 years I have family's I consistently care for and have stayed with for weeks while the parents have vacationed. I have been with these children from babies to 10 years old. I discovered my ability to connect with kids and make a positive impact on their lives. I feel I have a positive bond with each family. I would describe myself as patient and friendly. I believe in open communication with parents and when it comes to household rules, I'm confident in my ability to enforce them. I enjoy engaging children in indoor and outdoor games. I can help with homework and was also a gymnastics coach. I am hands on and will give my undivided attention to each child. I am willing to take them to any activity the parent is comfortable with. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children, ranging from infants to preteens. My past experience allows me to adapt my style to meet the needs of each child.
