About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I'm a full-time college student based in Brooklyn + Boston. I have experience working with children ranging from infants to tweens, and I spend my summers teaching improv and melodramatic acting at a local youth theater. I am CPR and Red Cross certified and a mandated reporter in NY. Beyond babysitting, in high school I mentored elementary students and volunteered in after-school programs. I am comfortable supporting children with anxiety, ADHD, or OCD. I'm currently pursuing a BFA, with a focus on writing and performance. In childcare, I love incorporating storytelling and play while emphasizing joy and creating a supportive environment for kids.
