About Ella

I am a responsible, patient, and caring babysitter with a lot of hands on experience caring for children of different ages. I have regularly babysat for my nieces and nephews, which has given me strong experience managing multiple children at once and understanding the different needs children can have depending on their age and personality. My sister has four children (one girl and three boys) that I have helped care for, my other sister has three girls, and my brother has two boys and one girl. Spending so much time helping care for them has given me valuable experience with a wide range of children, from younger kids who need more attention and supervision to older kids who enjoy activities, games, and structured routines.
