About Ella

Fostering a child's growth and development is something I truly enjoy. I have over five years of experience working with children, and I currently work as a Certified Assistant Teacher as well as a Direct Support Professional. Over the past year, I have primarily worked with infants, which has given me a lot of hands-on experience with their routines, development, and individual needs. Through my DSP work, I also have over a year of experience supporting individuals with special needs, including autism. I bring a calm, patient, and caring approach to every family I work with. I'm comfortable caring for children ranging from infants to pre-teens and love keeping them active and engaged through outdoor activities, educational games, crafts, and creative play. I'm also happy to help with meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and providing regular updates throughout the day. I hold CPR and First Aid certifications and am comfortable following household routines and rules.
