Hi! My name is Ella, and I'm a passionate and nurturing childcare professional with 4 years of experience in an EEC-licensed program, including 2 years as the Director. I've had the privilege of working with children of all ages, and I truly love supporting each child's unique growth and personality. Creating a safe, loving, and structured environment is very important to me. I'm Pediatric CPR and First Aid certified, and I always prioritize children's well-being while helping them feel confident, supported, and happy. I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with families and maintaining open, honest communication. Caring for children isn't just a job for me, it's something I genuinely love.
