About Ella

Hi! My name is Ella, and I'm a Registered Nurse with a background in both assisted living and hands-on patient care. Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a CNA in assisted living and worked as a patient care tech throughout school. These experiences have given me a strong appreciation for the importance of patience, compassion, and treating every person with dignity and respect. I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people I care for and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and supported. I understand how important it is for families to feel confident that their loved one is in good hands, and I strive to provide that same level of care and reassurance. I'm happy to help with daily activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and companionship. I'm also comfortable adapting to different routines and individual needs. My goal is to make everyday life a little easier while providing dependable, thoughtful care.
