About Ella

Hi, I'm Ella. I come from a 4-year background in nanny work, and I currently work as a full-time substitute paraeducator. As a substitute, I'm able to choose my shifts and that makes me a flexible choice for care. I'm experienced with infants (as young as 2 weeks) toddlers, and I of course currently work primarily with ages 5-12 at local elementary schools. I commonly work with children who have special needs/developmental delays/behavioral issues, and provide support to get them on their feet and learning. I commit myself to tailoring my approach to select parenting styles and the needs of each child. I am an active practicing Christian, and have very strong values, morals and work ethic. I foster love and patience, and a giving spirit. I do not express my beliefs with children/families as that can be overstepping. I am comfortable working with any family dynamic, religion, etc., we're all in this together. I make it my mission to help children thrive.
