We lucked out having Ella as our nanny/babysitter for our 18 month old this summer. I have pretty high standards and so does my family. Everyone who has met Ella has been impressed and most importantly, our kid loves her. I have been most impressed by how well Ella has been able to navigate the transition for our kid from baby to toddler years. She understands where our child is at developmentally.
