About Ella

For the past 15 years, I've been dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives, offering families reliable care. Growing up in a large family meant constant babysitting, and previously in Michigan I was a substitute teacher for grades K-12. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I am comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor games and board games. I have a college degree and early childhood development coursework. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, following your preferred communication method. I am comfortable caring for two children of any age. I am willing to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. I am also a certified teacher. I have current CPR and First Aid certifications. I find so much joy in watching children learn and grow, and I would love to bring that passion to your family.
