Ella is a wonderful and lovely person who was great with our three year old daughter. She has excellent communication skills both during and outside of working hours and was very dependable. She's very gentle and sweet. She got right on my daughter’s level and the two really hit it off. She was engaged and attentive, supportive of our no screen time house and open play style. Very much recommend her and we will be hiring her again!
