About Elizabeth

I have always loved working with young children as I find them endearing and lovable, even in their big feelings moments because let's face it, adults have them too! I've worked with children in many capacities over the years from babysitting to camp counselor to swim instructor and classroom teacher. With the skills that I have from obtaining a college degree as well as classroom experience for preschool, toddlers and infants I have many fun, developmental activities up my sleeves! Being calm, present, and able to see a situation from a little child's perspective is hard, but I pride myself in having the patience and love to help them learn and navigate through those feelings. Currently I'm working part time as a swim instructor at the Burlington YMCA and would love to be able to incorporate water safety/swimming with your little one! I love the outdoors and know just how powerful of a teacher it can be to young children. I look forward to hearing from you! :)
